2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order by logging into your account at Azlaani.ae.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged:

Please contact our support team at support@azlaani.ae within 3 days of the expected delivery date.
If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive it, you may be responsible for re-delivery charges.

7. Customs & Duties (for International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
Azlaani.ae is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
